I won’t lie, the other night I went over on my time. It was only by about 20 minutes, but still, I’m a terrible child.
I’ve been filling my time with more and more video games. I’m playing through Half-Life 2: Episode One in bite sized chunks. I also started playing Killer 7, which is essentially the definition of Japanese video games for me. The whole thing is just fucked up and I have no idea why I wait until midnight to start playing it. It’s not necessarily scary, but damn, it’s just…weird.

Also, I’ve been dabbling in and out of Rock Band, which brings me to Jonathan Coulton. He’s playing locally, and seeing as how I was a huge fan of Portal and his music in general, I’m trying to catch that show on the 25th. On a concert note, Radiohead announced the second half of their tour, which includes a Washington show thats about two hours from where I live on August 20th, so I’m also trying to rally people together for that. Also, Rilo Kiley is playing on the 19th, although I’m not so sure how well that will work out.
Before I go, I have a website to share with all y’all. Maybe it’s just the fact that I like doodles more than actual art, or maybe it’s just that I grew up with a love of X-Men, but The Wolverine Daily is awesome and definitely found a place in my bookmarks, especially since the artist, Gideon Boomer, adds a new drawing everyday. I suggest you check it out.
